The following articles document the dark side of a portion of USA Cycling history.
Les Earnest, a former US Cycling Federation Director contributes three articles.
The first, "USA Cycling's History of Crooked Elections" is a factual history of just how USA Cycling came about. The second, "USA Cycling Politics" is a partial deposition of Steve Johnson from USA Cycling. It is part of a lawsuit filed by Earnest and several others. They won! If anyone desires the complete text of this deposition, please contact us. It's even more interesting than the one shown here and includes how USCF staff fabricated an "endorsement"by Lance Armstrong to further the takeover of the USCF.
"Paper Tigers" is actually written by Les Earnest and first appeared in "Cyclops USA", Volume 3, Number 2, October 1988. It's about the US Cycling Federation and their history of vote fraud.
