A Cycling History Lesson

The following articles document a factual portion of cycling history. But, history is history and we make no attempt to correct, rewrite or comment.  Les Earnest, a former US Cycling Federation Director wrote these two articles. The first, "USA Cycling's History of Crooked Elections" is a factual history of just how the US Cycling Federation came about. "Paper Tigers" first appeared in "Cyclops USA", Volume 3, Number 2, October 1988. It's about the US Cycling Federation and their history of vote fraud in the early years.
